Cooking time: 15 – 30 minutes
Meal for two
a tin of tomatoes
a tin of butterbeans
1/2 tsp paprika
2 large potatoes, mashed
- Fry the onion in the vegetable oil.
- Add the tomatoes and butterbeans to the pan and cook on medium heat until heated through.
- Add paprika.
- Top with mashed potato and grill until golden brown.
I like to top this with grated cheese and serve with a green vegetable. Sometimes I use chilli powder instead of paprika. Additional cooked/left over vegetables can be added with the butterbeans.
