Smoked haddock is one of those foods that i can simultaneously crave and not know what to do with. But today I have solved the latter problem. These tarts are great as part of a hot buffet, or you could make a bigger ones for lunch (maybe with some salad on the side if you’re feeling virtuous). G.

These are somewhere between a flapjack and a cereal bar. I’m eating them for breakfast, but they’d definitely make a good mid-morning snack. G
